Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson realized that there was never a second chance once they walked into their Hamburg church. Ashley was only 17 and never had a boyfriend, so the two took things really slow. They fell in love with each other at first glance. Andrew asked God one final aspect to do on New Year's Day just before 2016and that was when Ashley accepted to marry him. Ashley wanted an elegant wedding with a theme of woodland. It was essential to her that the day represented both Andrew as well as Ashley. In order to create the perfect wedding, they chose to incorporate elements of everything they love. The venue chosen was on the 40 acres back of the land Ashley grew up on. They walked from the path down to the field they said "I do" in. Ashley has explored and played around on it. Andrew, Ashley and their acquaintances had walked through the area many time when they started to get together. The importance of personalization was that almost every aspect involved the DIY of the bride and groom. Andrew and Ashley's father built the seating areas and the arch for the ceremony. Ashley painted many of these decorations. Ashley says that the wedding wouldn't have been as beautiful without Anna's amazing floral designs and floral design, our wedding could not have been as romantic or romantic as we had imagined.
