Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name in television. De La Garza born 1976 to her Irish mother as well as a Mexican father from Columbus Ohio. De La Garza soon moved to Texas to study in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas just a few months prior to moving into Orlando Florida. She took on a variety of acting roles, including commercials and local independent movies. Despite small roles, she discovered her passion for acting. She relocated to New York. Her first role was on the soap-opera All My Children. Through the first half of the 2000s She appeared on small parts for JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she was cast in her first series part on The Mountain, which was a television show that lasted only a few episodes. De La Garza had the pleasure of working with some outstanding TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. Her most famous role was Law & Order, where she portrayed A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. The character she played on her Law & Order: LA spinoff was short lived. De La Garza has received numerous nominations for her character including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominees. The year 2008 was the time she won the Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for her outstanding performance for a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza was then selected as a regular actor in CSI Miami. She was Marisol Deko as well as the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio. She played her character, Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. The show was ended after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is the younger sibling of Cory who is Italian by origin. Her family was the strict, religious home of her family. Milano was only seven years old older when her babysitter took Milano to an audition. She was one of the four girls selected out of more than 1,000 aspirants. Milano performed in television advertisements and off-Broadway shows including the first American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
